If we put these numbers in the context of national GDP, worldwide construction is the size of China and each year the entire output of Spain is wasted.

Something must be done and Syntegrate is a part of that solution.

The building industry faces a complex set of challenges requiring a multi-disciplinary approach which is why Syntegrate is composed of individuals trained in architecture, engineering, construction management, computer programming, sustainability in design and construction, and economics and bring with them experience gained from design offices, engineering firms, construction sites, software development, manufacturing, banking and finance, and academia. Furthermore, each founding member has worked with some of the most prominent practitioners and researchers in the field of Building Information Modelling and have applied their expertise to a wide range of building projects prior to forming Syntegrate.
