Description

V&A Museum of Design will play a vital role as a new international icon to draw people to the community of Dundee. The two halves of the museum are linked by a facade composed of concrete planks. Due to the curvature of the exterior walls, designing and organizing the numerous uniquely shaped concrete planks was a challenge.

  • By using BIM, the organization and review process of the model data became systemitized, and easier to revise based on design changes.
  • With the technical skills gained in this project, future BIM work will be reinforced through this experience.utilization on a very constrained site.
